India is in the middle of a quiet shift. Seniors are living longer with more complex needs. Their children are increasingly abroad or in other cities. And the institutions providing care still run on WhatsApp, paper, and Excel.
CareOS exists to give that operating chain a single, trusted layer to coordinate care, prove quality, and communicate what's actually happening day to day.
We're starting with an institution-first model because that's where the pain is sharpest, the operational lift is highest, and the path to better care for elders is most direct.
